Please complete your Health History form before we meet so I can review anything relevant ahead of our conversation.

Mary will send you your custom flower essence via USPS* please NOTE that if you live outside the United States, we can discuss options for having your blend made locally rather than shipping internationally.

Flower Essences are a complementary wellness practice and are not a substitute for medical or mental health diagnosis or treatment. Each bottle lasts approximately 3 - 4 weeks.
